Delivery & Enablement
Product management, PoC to production, training teams
I write the code and I run the delivery. The job is only finished when the organisation can operate the thing without me in the room.
- 5cross-functional teams led, 2 Product Owners managed
- 4products in one backlog, arbitrated with the CPO and CEO
- 11modules of generative-AI training, 400+ slides
Five years running a portfolio in Luxembourg
Promoted from consultant to Product Manager at a logistics-tech scale-up: a four-product backlog arbitrated with the CPO and the CEO, two Product Owners managed, five cross-functional teams led — while still writing the APIs and making the architecture calls.
Proof of concept to production
The thing I do best, and the step most demos never survive. Documented architecture, tested pipelines, reproducible deployments, and the engineers who inherit it trained before handover rather than after the first incident.
Deleting work before it is written
On a shipment-monitoring platform, structured user interviews cut a large slice of planned development out of the roadmap before a line of it existed. What remained shipped to 500+ internal users. The cheapest feature is the one you talked yourself out of.
Training that gets measured
An eleven-module generative-AI curriculum for engineering organisations, from developer to executive: AI-assisted coding, MCP, AI-driven test automation, self-hosted models. The decks are generated from code and versioned in Git, so a session is reproducible and stays current. Every module ends on a graded assessment, so adoption is measured rather than claimed.
